Sometimes symptoms don’t follow prescribed timelines. We provide urgent, last-minute health care support such as medical refills, lab testing, new prescriptions and consultations virtually & in person when required.
Our healthcare professionals will meet with you virtually or in extreme circumstances, in-person. We will perform an assessment of your health and symptoms, before administering treatment, providing prescriptions or other recommendations.
Our healthcare partner – Black Psychiatry – also performs psychiatric assessments and ketamine therapy upon request.

What to expect
Step 1
Comprehensive Testing & Assessment
We will set up a virtual call within 24 hours of your request to perform an initial consultation. You’ll start by fill in our patient onboarding forms so we can move on to the treatment plan and recommendations we will provide.
Step 2
Personalize Treatment Plan
Once you’re in our database, we can prescribe medication, lab instructions or treatment plans as required. You can continue to work with us to supplement your existing medical practitioners, or just have the one-off consultation.
Step 3
Follow Up & Ongoing Support
We will continue to monitor the
treatment plan we have set in motion over the next few weeks. Alternatively your medical practitioner may request
to transfer care back to them which we will at your consent.
