“Is it Me or is it Hot in Here”?

Healthy hormones, healthy life.

If you’re reading this it’s probably because your symptoms have become tough to manage. Maybe your work performance is beginning to suffer or you’re irritable with your kids. Maybe you don’t know what is going on with you and your doctor keeps prescribing more medication that doesn’t seem to work.

Does this sound familiar?

+ I’m tired all the time yet can’t really get a good night's sleep

+ I feel like I've lost my spark. I’m unmotivated, moody and
indifferent all at the same time.

+ I don’t want to be on a ton of different medications. It doesn’t
feel healthy and I have a lot of side effects.

+ I am constantly stressed out or easily angered by things that I KNOW aren’t really a big deal

+ I’m gaining weight and feel terrible about the way I look at feel

+ My sex drive has disappeared

+ I feel like I’ve tried everything but nothing seems to be working

Nearly 80% of women in the USA struggle with hormone imbalances*

(and most of them don’t know it)

Natural hormone disruptors such as puberty, menopause and perimenopause, cause enough chaos in our lives – but layer in added factors like ingredients found in shampoos, BPA, cleaning products and drinking water – and the chronic state of stress the average human lives in, and we are primed for a hormonal disaster.

For some women, symptoms like exhaustion, low libido, irritability, pain, bloating, memory loss (just to name a few) have become just a part of their life. For others, their symptoms have become so chronic and difficult, their lives are no longer manageable.

Wherever you are on that spectrum, we can help.

The medical system is designed to treat symptoms – our entire process is about the cause.

Healthy hormones, healthy life.

We use functional medicine practices to ask the right questions that’ll allow us to find out what’s really happening below the surface. We’ll run a sequence of tests that cover your gut biome, specific hormones, blood test, and so much more – to diagnose the source and create custom solutions that’ll change the way you feel permanently.

Enough surviving, it’s time to thrive.

I have devoted my life to the study of functional medicine and alongside it, hormone balance, because I have seen just how impactful it can be on the quality of our lives.

When I was in college, my Mom got very sick with perimenopausal symptoms. She was so ill she couldn’t leave the house for nearly three years. I began researching her symptoms and began to treat her hormonal issues myself with at-home kits and ordering special labs. Within weeks her symptoms improved so dramatically, we thought it was just shy of a miracle.

At that time, I knew I had to devote my life to the study of functional medicine.

Fast-forward 25 years later, I have built my life and my practice around helping people sort out the root cause of their problems. By prioritizing hormone balancing, natural solutions and functional medicine, I’ve been able to help 1,000+ women go from surviving to thriving – with a quality of life that allows them to live happy, healthy lives.

If you’ll let me, I can help you too.
With health,
Dr. Stephanie King

  • Functional medicine is a biology–based approach to medicine that focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of your symptoms. Each symptom or differential diagnosis may be one of many contributing to an individual’s illness.
